The Mayor's Alliance and Muffin's Pet Connection have joined forces to create the first and only feral cat low-cost spay/neuter coupon in New York City. The coupons can be purchased by anyone who is looking to have a feral cat spayed or neutered. But MAMA Coupons are available only through Muffin's and may be used only to spay or neuter feral cats.
