Brody’s story is one that will go down in history — thanks to your ongoing support.
When we met Brody at the Animal Care & Control of NYC (AC&C) Manhattan shelter, he suffered from entropion, a painful condition in which the eyelid folds inward. With no adopter in sight, time was running out for this sweet Bullmastiff mix. So we took him into our Picasso Veterinary Fund program and paid for the multiple eye surgeries needed to correct this painful and sight-threatening condition.
This holiday season, Brody is shouting out with glee in his loving new home in Pennsylvania.
Meanwhile, we’re working tirelessly to ease the suffering of other sick or injured dogs and cats at our city shelters. Your
tax-deductible donation today will help us get them the medical treatment they need to have a happy holiday like Brody.
The only gift these animals really want is the hope of a bright future with someone who loves them. Won’t you help us give them that for the holidays?
All the best to you and yours,
Jane Hoffman, President
Mayor’s Alliance for NYC’s Animals
P.S. Tell your friends you saved a life today. Better yet, tell them they saved a life, too, by making a gift donation on their behalf.
