"Litter Mates" Launch Party
Thursday, February 18, 2010
At a private residence in SoHo, TAILS of the Mayor's Alliance for NYC's Animals celebrated "I Love NYC Pets" Month, with cookies, prosecco, and of course, cats and dogs. The event educated guests about the Mayor's Alliance's life-saving initiatives and encouraged attendees to sign up to be TAILS "Litter Mate" (think steering committee/board, only cooler). A cross section of creative NYC: artists, financiers, fashion insiders, (but above all animal lovers) learned what they could do to save lives and move animals towards loving spaces.
Stray Station: Cocktails, Canapès, Canines
and Cats!
Wednesday, May 27, 2009
7:00–10:00 p.m.
Louis K. Meisel Gallery, 141 Prince Street, Manhattan
Thanks to all of the animal lovers who attended Stray
Station, TAILS' first event, to raise funds for a citywide subway
ad campaign to promote adoption of NYC's homeless animals during
New York
Week for the Animals. Guests enjoyed an open bar, delicious
hors d'oeuvres, adorable puppies for adoption from Animal Haven,
a preview of the "Vacancy" subway ad campaign, other displays,
and the company of others who love for animals and are determined
to move NYC towards being a "no-kill" city.
