MAMA Coupon for Low-Cost Feral Cat Spay/Neuter

Muffin's Pet Connection and the Mayor's Alliance for NYC's Animals are proud to present the MAMA Coupon, a low-cost feral cat spay/neuter coupon that includes rabies vaccination and left eartip. MAMA Coupons may be purchased by anyone who is seeking to spay or neuter a feral cat in New York City.

Details

•	MAMA Coupons are one flat price for males and one flat price for females (including pregnant females) and can only be purchased from Muffin's Pet Connection by phone (no online orders; see below for further ordering instructions). - $45 for male feral cats - $58 for female feral cats (including pregnant cats)
•	MAMA Coupons cover surgery, anesthesia, left eartip, and rabies vaccination.
•	MAMA Coupons do not cover additional vaccinations, antibiotics, pain medication, or other medical procedures such as pyometra, heat cycle, ear mites, flea dips, ear infections, hernia, etc.
•	MAMA Coupon veterinarians do not require disease testing or vaccinations (other than rabies)
•	The veterinarian has the right to refuse services.
•	The MAMA Coupon is for feral cats only — friendly, domestic cats will be refused.

How to Purchase & Use MAMA Coupons

To purchase a MAMA Coupon, please follow these guidelines:

1)	Go to www.muffins.org and click on MAMA in the left-hand column to view the current list of veterinarians who accept the MAMA Coupon. Please check back weekly for new veterinarians that have been added.
2)	Contact the veterinarian to book your appointment and mention that you will be using a MAMA Coupon.
3)	Call Jude at (718) 833-7988 to purchase a MAMA Coupon.
4)	Cats must be brought to the veterinarian in a covered trap only — no cages, no carriers.
