Older Adoptable Pets Get Boost from New Publication

Senior Pets celebrates older animals and provides plenty of good reasons to adopt them.

Senior Pets celebrates older animals and provides plenty of good reasons to adopt them.

Anyone who's ever been blessed to share their home with an older pet knows what an amazing, life-affirming experience it can be. And now there's a newsletter that celebrates the joys of having a senior companion animal and promotes many of these wonderful animals available for adoption.

Senior Pets – All They Need is Love is published quarterly by Joan Antelman. Available free and distributed via e-mail, this amazing newsletter features interesting and informative articles and interviews on a range of topics, including secrets to housebreaking a senior dog, fostering a senior pet, cats and cataracts, and dealing with behavioral changes in senior pets. Photos and bios of many wonderful cats and dogs are featured in each issue, as well as heart-warming success stories of senior animals adopted by loving families.

Senior Pets is a remarkable publication, and one that deserves the support of anyone who cares deeply about the well-being of companion animals. We urge you to subscribe (and request access to previous issues) by sending an e-mail to seniorpetsnyc@aol.com.
