92nd Street Y Presents "Making New York a Humane Society" with Edwin Sayres and Jane Hoffman

The American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA), a founding member of the Mayor's Alliance for NYC's Animals, aims to make New York a "no-kill" city by 2008. The Alliance brings together 115 non-profit animal care groups. Edwin Sayres, President and CEO of the ASPCA, and Jane Hoffman, President of the Alliance, will speak about the coalition model and its efforts to make New York and the nation truly humane.
