Meet wonderful cats, dogs, and rabbits for adoption, including pure breeds. These free public events also feature activities and entertainment, which might include raffles, training and agility demonstrations, advice on pet health care, training, and grooming, pet photographers, and other fun activities for the whole family — two- and four-legged alike!

Adopt a Pet!

Close to 300 dogs, cats, and rabbits will be available for adoption from over 40 Alliance Participating Organizations. Purchase a dog license (required by law in NYC) from the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene.
