Join the Mayor's Alliance for NYC's Animals each spring/summer in Washington Square Park for Adoptapalooza! Meet wonderful cats and dogs for adoption, including pure breeds. This free public event also features activities and entertainment, raffles, training and agility demonstrations, advice on pet health care, training, and grooming, pet photographers, and other fun activities for the whole family — two- and four-legged alike!

Come out and adopt your furry new best friend! Meet more than 100 dogs and cats available for adoption from Animal Haven, ASPCA, Bideawee, Boxer Angels Rescue, Curly Tail Pug Rescue, Dog Habitat Rescue, Four Paws Sake, NYC, Picasso Veterinary Fund, Posh Pets Rescue, Sean Casey Animal Rescue, and more. Bring your own dog to run the agility course with gold medal agility trainer and behaviorist Kris Seiter from spot and her agility champions. Fun activities, raffle prizes, and giveaways!
