These Alliance Participating Organizations (APOs) have regular adoption hours on-site at their shelter facility, at a local business, or in a mobile van. Low-Cost Spay/Neuter Programs & Events Think it's too expensive? Think again! Low-cost dog and cat spay/neuter surgeries are available through a variety of programs and at special events in New York City. Most Mayor's Alliance/Maddie's Pet Adoption Festivals feature a low-cost microchipping clinic, and the Mayor's Alliance stages other low-cost microchipping clinics at other events throughout the year. Fundraisers, Benefits, Friendraisers, Classes, and Other NYC Animal Events These benefits, classes, and other special one-time events are being sponsored by Alliance Participating Organizations (APOs).
